SUPLO FINANCE – End-User License Agreement and Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
These End-User License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of SUPLO FINANCE (“SUPLO”, “SUPLO FINANCE”, the “Application” or the “Service”), a financial management and cash-flow planning application operated by Biotech Sales LLC d/b/a BTS Global Solutions (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using SUPLO FINANCE, you agree to these Terms.
- Purpose of the Application
SUPLO FINANCE is a business financial management platform designed to help organizations consolidate, analyze and project financial and operational information, including cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders, invoices, payments, financing and related business transactions.
SUPLO FINANCE may integrate with third-party accounting and business platforms, including QuickBooks Online.
SUPLO FINANCE is not a bank, lender, payment processor, investment adviser, accounting firm or financial institution. Information presented by the Application is intended to support business management and decision-making and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice.
- License
Subject to these Terms, we grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use SUPLO FINANCE for legitimate internal business purposes.
No ownership rights in the Application, source code, software architecture, trademarks or related intellectual property are transferred to the user.
- Authorized Users
Access to SUPLO FINANCE may be restricted to users authorized by the organization using the Application.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities performed through their accounts.
Users must promptly notify the organization administrator or SUPLO FINANCE support if they believe their account or credentials have been compromised.
- QuickBooks Online Integration
SUPLO FINANCE may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized APIs using OAuth 2.0 authorization.
When a user or company authorizes the connection, SUPLO FINANCE may access accounting and operational information made available through the QuickBooks Online API, subject to the permissions granted by the QuickBooks administrator.
SUPLO FINANCE does not require or store the user’s QuickBooks password.
Users may disconnect their QuickBooks Online connection at any time through available SUPLO FINANCE connection controls or through the applicable Intuit/QuickBooks account settings.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. SUPLO FINANCE is an independent application and is not owned by Intuit Inc.
- Data Ownership
The organization using SUPLO FINANCE retains ownership of its accounting, financial, operational and business data.
Authorization to access data from QuickBooks Online does not transfer ownership of that data to SUPLO FINANCE.
We process such information only for the purpose of operating, securing, supporting and improving the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Financial Information and Projections
Cash-flow forecasts, scenarios, projections, alerts and recommendations generated by SUPLO FINANCE may depend on information received from QuickBooks Online, user-entered data, projected dates, assumptions and other connected sources.
Users are responsible for reviewing and validating information before making financial or operational decisions.
Projected information should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future cash availability, payment, collection, financing or business results.
- Third-Party Services
SUPLO FINANCE may depend on third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, hosting providers, authentication services, communication platforms and other technology infrastructure.
Availability or functionality of those third-party systems may affect certain SUPLO FINANCE features.
We are not responsible for interruptions or changes caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
- Acceptable Use
Users may not use SUPLO FINANCE to gain unauthorized access to data or systems, interfere with the operation or security of the Service, attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of the software, distribute malicious software, violate applicable law, or use information obtained through the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by SUPLO FINANCE.
However, no information system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users and organizations are responsible for maintaining appropriate security practices for their own devices, accounts and networks.
- Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these Terms, creates a security risk, uses the Service unlawfully or no longer has authorization from the organization controlling the account.
Upon termination or disconnection, access to connected third-party systems may be revoked.
- Intellectual Property
SUPLO FINANCE, including its software, design, workflows, documentation, trademarks and other proprietary materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks and products remain the property of their respective owners.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
SUPLO FINANCE is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular business purpose.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPLO FINANCE and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages resulting from use of the Application, reliance on projections, third-party service interruptions or inaccurate source information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Application, applicable regulations or our business practices change.
The current version will be published on this page together with its effective date.
