SUPLO FINANCE – Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SUPLO FINANCE (“SUPLO”, “SUPLO FINANCE”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operated by Biotech Sales LLC d/b/a BTS Global Solutions, collects, accesses, uses, stores and protects information when organizations and their authorized users use the SUPLO FINANCE application.

  1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through SUPLO FINANCE, including information obtained through authorized integrations with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online.

It does not replace the privacy policies of third-party platforms. Information processed directly by QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s applicable privacy and service terms.

  1. Information We May Process

When an organization connects QuickBooks Online to SUPLO FINANCE, the Application may retrieve business and accounting information authorized through the QuickBooks Online API.

Depending on the features enabled, this may include company information, customers and projects, vendors, accounts, purchase orders, bills, bill payments, invoices, customer payments, credit memos, transaction lines, transaction relationships, custom fields, transaction dates, amounts, currencies, account references and related accounting information.

SUPLO FINANCE may also process information entered directly by authorized users, including projected transactions, financing information, cash balances, planning assumptions, comments and operational updates.

The Application may additionally maintain technical information necessary for security and operation, such as user identifiers, access logs, synchronization logs, timestamps, application settings and audit records.

  1. QuickBooks Authorization Information

SUPLO FINANCE uses OAuth 2.0 to establish authorized connections with QuickBooks Online.

We do not request or store a user’s QuickBooks password.

The Application may securely maintain OAuth access and refresh credentials required to keep an authorized connection active. Such credentials are used solely to communicate with authorized Intuit services and are protected using appropriate security controls.

  1. How We Use Information

Information processed by SUPLO FINANCE is used to provide cash-flow management and financial planning functionality, synchronize authorized accounting information, reconcile transactions, identify relationships between business documents, generate reports and projections, support authorized users, maintain audit trails, secure the Service, diagnose technical issues and improve Application functionality.

We do not use QuickBooks data for unrelated advertising purposes.

  1. Sale of Information

SUPLO FINANCE does not sell customer, accounting or QuickBooks data to advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.

We do not permit third parties to use customer financial data for their own independent marketing purposes.

  1. Service Providers

We may use technology service providers to host, secure, maintain, monitor or support SUPLO FINANCE.

Such providers may process limited information only as necessary to provide contracted services on our behalf and are expected to protect that information appropriately.

Information received from QuickBooks Online is not made publicly available.

  1. Data Security

SUPLO FINANCE uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

These controls may include encrypted network communications, HTTPS/TLS, restricted system access, authentication controls, access logging, audit records, secure credential storage, server security controls and backups.

Access to company financial information is limited to authorized users according to configured roles and permissions.

  1. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain financial and audit history, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes and protect the security and integrity of the Application.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and requirements of the organization using SUPLO FINANCE.

  1. Disconnecting QuickBooks Online

An authorized organization may disconnect SUPLO FINANCE from QuickBooks Online.

When a connection is revoked, SUPLO FINANCE will no longer use the revoked authorization credentials to retrieve new QuickBooks Online information.

Certain previously synchronized information may remain in SUPLO FINANCE where necessary for accounting history, audit records, legal obligations or the organization’s legitimate business records, subject to applicable retention and deletion requirements.

  1. Data Access and Deletion Requests

Authorized customers may request access to, correction of or deletion of information maintained by SUPLO FINANCE, subject to applicable legal, accounting, audit and contractual retention requirements.

Requests should be submitted to support@btsgbl.com.

Upon a valid deletion request, information that is not required to be retained will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

  1. International Data Processing

SUPLO FINANCE and its technology providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions in which authorized infrastructure providers operate.

Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international data processing.

  1. Children’s Information

SUPLO FINANCE is a business application and is not intended for use by children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service.

  1. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with the corresponding effective date.
